They totally replumbed the piping, replaced all pool equipment, ran all new electrical conduit, added 5 modern automated lights, and refinished the surface with a beautiful PebbleSheen plaster, new accent tiles and side tiles. They also added a “beach” or shelf entry and splash fountain for my younger grandkids and a thrilling Corkscrew slide for the older ones. “We have used Texas Pools to build pools at 2 different houses, the most recent in 2017. Obviously, we were pleased the first time! They were very attentive to our wants & dreams and came up with a perfect design that we loved. The computer program they use to show you exactly what the pool will look like in your yard is incredible – you can view it from every possible angle & it is really helpful to confirm that you’re getting what you want. They offered many great options (ie: we went with an in-ground cleaning system this time in lieu of a Polaris as well as an Ozone system that cuts down on the amount of chlorine needed) and we’re very pleased with how everything came together & functions. They have tons of accessories to choose from as well as a huge assortment of materials & finishes. Everyone who sees our pool loves it! Even though our house is 14 years old & the pool only 3 years old, the pool looks like it has been here from the beginning as they nicely complement each other. Of course, there have been some minor hiccups but they are very quick to respond to get it corrected. We also use Texas Pools for our weekly maintenance. Everyone we’ve dealt with from the planning phase to weekly cleaning has been knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. They do a great job with the maintenance & our pool looks beautiful year after year.
